Job Title: Senior Consultant – Hyperscalers Consumption Strategy & Execution
Location: Remote
Contract

Project Overview
The client is undertaking a strategic initiative to optimize hyperscaler consumption and execution across committed workloads. The objective is to strengthen visibility, governance, and decision-making related to cloud consumption, ensuring alignment between demand, financial commitments, and execution plans. This effort requires strong analytical insight, executive-level communication, and a structured approach to driving consumption outcomes at scale.
To support this initiative, the engagement requires an onshore, mid-level consulting professional who can help shape consumption strategy, develop executive dashboards and materials, and support leadership in tracking and achieving workload commitments across hyperscaler platforms.

Role Description
The Senior Consultant will serve as a key contributor to the hyperscaler consumption workstream, supporting program leadership with analysis, insights, and executive communications. This individual will help translate complex consumption and financial data into clear, actionable narratives, enabling client leaders to make informed decisions and proactively manage risks to workload commitments. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive presence, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting to track hyperscaler consumption, commitments, forecasts, and key performance indicators
  • Create clear, concise executive materials that synthesize insights, highlight risks and opportunities, and outline recommended actions
  • Support the design and execution of a hyperscaler consumption strategy, including identification of gaps between commitments and realized usage
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define and operationalize consumption governance, metrics, and reporting cadence
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of cloud usage, spend, and workload adoption to inform decision-making
  • Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, track progress, and drive accountability
  • Provide program support through structured status updates, issue identification, and risk management

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or advisory services
  • Proven ability to design and deliver executive-ready dashboards and analytical reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Strong experience developing senior leadership presentations with a consulting-quality standard
  • Experience supporting cloud, hyperscaler, or large-scale technology transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated comfort engaging senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hyperscaler consumption models, FinOps, cloud financial management, or workload migration programs
  • Background supporting enterprise-scale or regulated-industry clients
  • Prior experience operating within multi-vendor or partner-led delivery models
