Position Summary

As a Senior CNO Engineer, you will design custom tooling and tailored capabilities to overcome government Cyber Capability Developer (CCD) limitations, directly accelerating the development, delivery, and deployment of critical mission assets. This high-impact role requires seamless context-switching and adaptability to address rapidly evolving operational priorities.

Role Expectations 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in C/C++ and inline assembly, with a deep understanding of memory management, pointer arithmetic, and system call interfaces.
  • Expertise in analyzing binary blobs, malware, and firmware using industry-standard tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja)
  • Proven ability to identify and exploit vulnerabilities such as buffer overflows and use-after-free, including the creation of proof-of-concept exploits.
  • Advanced knowledge of x86/x64 and ARM architectures for reading, writing, and analyzing shellcode and disassembled code.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Linux and Windows kernel-mode programming, process/thread management, and virtual memory.
  • In-depth knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, DNS, and HTTP/S, with the ability to manipulate packets and implement covert channel techniques.
  • Experience engineering custom implants, backdoors, beacons, and Command and Control (C2) infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in static and dynamic analysis, including AV evasion, packers, and obfuscation techniques.
  • Skilled in using Wireshark, Scapy, Nmap, and tcpdump for protocol analysis.
  • Familiarity with Metasploit, pwntools, QEMU, AFL, and various fuzzing platforms.
  • Proficient in Git, Make, CMake, and GCC/Clang cross-compilation suites.
Contract Specific Qualifications 
  • Bachleor's degree in Computer Science 
  • Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS internals
  • Proficiency with implant and driver development

Salary Range: $110,000 - $263,000
