The Senior Compliance Analyst executes key operational and programmatic activities to support the effectiveness and strategic growth of Collective Health’s Compliance and Privacy Programs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Compliance, Risk and Governance, this role is critical in developing and maintaining program foundations, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting the execution of the compliance risk management and governance strategy.

What you'll do:
  • Execute the day-to-day administration of core compliance program elements, including the Policy and Training programs, under the direction of the Senior Manager, Compliance, Risk & Governance.
  • Support the maintenance of internal and external compliance communication channels (e.g., intranet, ticketing systems).
  • Provide general project support for assigned compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Develop and maintain dashboard, metrics, and leadership reports to track Compliance and Privacy program health, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and the status of corrective actions, under the direction of the Senior Manager, Compliance, Risk & Governance.
  • Design professional presentations, Compliance and Privacy newsletters, and supporting materials for regular reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources (e.g., hotline, audits, training) to identify trends and insights that inform program strategy and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct reviews and audits to identify control gaps and potential non-compliance, under the direction of the Senior Manager, Compliance, Risk & Governance.
  • Assist with the annual risk assessment process, compliance audits, and ad-hoc reviews by preparing materials, documenting findings, and tracking outcomes.
  • Triage and manage the intake process for the Compliance Hotline and incident reporting systems, ensuring timely logging, assignment, and closure of cases.
  • Support the organization-wide corrective action plan (CAP) tracking process by monitoring deadlines and updating status reports.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or other relevant professional experience.
  • 3-5 years experience working in regulatory compliance or privacy preferred, preferably at health care payer organizations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex information into clear summaries.
  • Proven ability to create professional reports, dashboards, and presentations from complex data sets using Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Jira. 
  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data effectively and accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team and contributes to group projects.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools, Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Atlassian applications.
Pay Transparency Statement 

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (Lehi, UT).#LI-hybrid

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for 65,000 stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
