You will own and evolve key initiatives, including the speaker's bureau and executive visibility program, while supporting product PR efforts and helping maintain our AI tools, content libraries, and team infrastructure. Working closely with colleagues in Product Marketing, Policy, and across the business, you'll ensure the flawless execution of communications programs that showcase Circle's mission, products, and leadership. What you'll work on:
- Support strategic communications initiatives by drafting and editing press releases, blog posts, and other internal and external content.
- Drive product PR efforts in collaboration with Product Marketing to shape and amplify Circle's product narratives, specifically regarding blockchain and CCTP protocols.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the executive visibility program, including speaking engagements and media opportunities.
- Lead the creation and delivery of Circle Daily News, bringing timely, relevant updates to internal audiences.
- Own communications reporting, delivering monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific insights that inform strategy and execution.
- Maintain and enhance key communications systems and resources, including AI tools, content libraries, and tracking workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure aligned messaging and seamless execution.
- Take on special projects and emerging priorities as needed, supporting personal and team growth - stepping in to fill gaps where opportunities arise.
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a communications, media, or public relations role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and audience.
- Experience supporting or leading product PR initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Operational experience with media monitoring and PR tools such as Muck Rack or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools used for communications workflows, media analysis, or content development.
- Foundational understanding of blockchain, Web3, fintech, or emerging technology sectors.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working in a high-growth or regulated industry.
- Experience working for a publicly traded company.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and MacOS.
