About the Team

The Global Partner Operations team is passionate about accelerating innovation and growth with Industry differentiation, expanded reach and customer success. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a fun, collaborative team that is driving a rapid and global change of paradigm, to embrace a modern ecosystem and implement a unified and global partner communication strategy with local flavor, with cross-functional engagement in programs, systems, processes and people.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Enablement and Communications Manager to support our growing global partner ecosystem. In this highly cross functional role, you’ll lead the development and execution of partner enablement and communication strategies by crafting compelling narratives, driving clarity amid complexity, and enabling execution. You will thrive if you’re a strong writer, strategic problem solver, and trusted partner who’s comfortable operating in ambiguity, navigating competing priorities, and building alignment without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact global workmate and partner enablement & communications—spanning GTM enablement, change initiatives, product offerings and channels like newsletters, webinars, videos, intranet, and presentations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proactively assess enablement & communication needs, track performance, and continuously refine strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

  • Strong stakeholder management with a track record of building alignment across diverse functions and regions.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement & communication initiatives, using data to continuously improve strategies and execution.

  • Lead calendars, approval processes, and governance to ensure quality and timeliness of communications.

  • Operate with a growth mindset, challenging the status quo and finding opportunities to improve and innovate.

Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a high-impact, fast-paced team at the intersection of global partnerships, strategy, and communication—helping shape how we grow and scale our ecosystem. If you love building new processes, thrive on creating clarity where none exists, and can tell a story that moves people to act, we’d love to meet you.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.

Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.

Are you being referred to one of our roles? If so, ask your connection at Workday about our Employee Referral process!
