Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, high-value commercial opportunities from inquiry through contract award and project handover.
- Develop winning deal strategies, pricing recommendations, and innovative commercial solutions.
- Manage contract negotiations, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and risk mitigation.
- Own commercial approvals, governance processes, compliance requirements, and deal documentation.
- Prepare and validate financial analyses including pricing, margins, cash flow, costs, and tax considerations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, technical, commercial, and public-sector specific risks.
- Build strong customer relationships, leverage market intelligence, and coordinate cross-functional teams to structure competitive proposals.
- Act as a commercial leader and mentor, driving best practices, process improvements, and development of less experienced team members.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Solid commercial, sales, and commercial operations experience within the power generation and energy services sectors.
- Proven track record managing complex bids, contracts, and long-term agreements for industrial and power plant projects.
- Experience working with public sector customers, including government entities, state-owned utilities, and organizations such as PETROBRAS.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to develop strategic commercial solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, with proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel as required.
