What you’ll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and perform their best work. The Senior Channel Account Manager is responsible for developing the sales strategy and execution to drive incremental revenue through channel partner(s).

This position is remote based in the Phoenix, AZ area and will involve regular on-site collaboration with our channel partner in Chandler, AZ. Candidates located in the greater Phoenix area are strongly preferred.  #LIHybrid

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Attain assigned sales targets and/or other key measures of success
  • Develop and execute a business plan in collaboration with the partner and all relevant parties to dramatically grow channel-created business with assigned partner(s)
  • Identify, empower, and assist partner sales and marketing team members and their partner activities.
  • Develop an appropriate strategy for the assigned partner(s) and lead team members responsible for these partners
  • Develop targeted campaigns, success metrics, and investment cases and assign partners to grow channel-sourced opportunities
  • Work with the Channel Marketing team to create relevant content for partner sales enablement 
  • Provide resolution for partner/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow-through by appropriate Jamf employees
  • Identify end customer business and technical needs relative to Jamf features and benefits, and communicate opportunities for improvement to Product Management
  • Attend appropriate events/trade shows to engage partner sellers and communicate the Jamf value to their customers and prospects
  • Create measurable and timely objectives, strategies, and pertinent campaigns to achieve desired business outcomes, reflected in a jointly developed business plan with the partner that is in sync with the partner’s and Jamf’s objectives.
  • Lead the partner marketing strategy, collaborate with Jamf channel marketing on campaign development and execution tied to business plan objectives
  • Execute on a business plan, course correct as needed, and report results to Jamf leadership
  • Create an environment where all job responsibilities are in alignment with the core values, mission, and purpose of the Jamf organization
  • Foster a workplace with the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation, and creativity

  • Provide clear vision, strategies, support, and expectations to ensure employees can learn, grow, and expand their skills, perspectives, and experiences to help grow Jamf
  • This position has a 70/30 OTE Split

What we are looking for:

  • 5-7 years of relevant channel/industry experience
  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and inspiring channel sales professionals
  • Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated quota achievement
  • Channel sales and software experience with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and routes to market
  • Ability to effectively present business and technical concepts to all levels of a partner or end-customer organization
  • Knowledge of financial terms and concepts to understand the partner’s business and to justify investments in the partner
  • Find, create, and foster relationships across all organizational levels: Partner(s), Apple, and  Jamf
  • Mastery of industry trends around Apple, mobility, security, and other relevant fields
  • Ability to lead partner conversations to establish Jamf's unique value proposition as it pertains to partners and Apple's priorities
  • Working experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastically accept new challenges and lead by example
  • Experience working in the Apple channel ecosystem (preferred)

Education & Certifications:

  • HS Diploma / GED Degree (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered

The below annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
