About Zen Media
Zen Media is a modern B2B and B2C PR and marketing agency helping high-growth brands—especially in technology and professional services—build authority, drive demand, and accelerate revenue through integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Our strategies span earned media, social amplification, SEO, paid media, email nurture, website optimization, and more.
We're not just keeping pace with marketing evolution—we're leading it. Zen was the first agency to launch an AI PR scoring tool for public use (Snooze or News), and we’re at the forefront of shaping how PR intersects with AI-driven search. Founded by Shama Hyder—an industry-recognized voice in modern marketing—Zen Media has spent over 16 years redefining bold, proactive, and strategic execution in a landscape that demands constant innovation.
The Role: Senior Campaign Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Manager who will own and lead client campaigns end-to-end—from planning to performance. You’ll be the strategic quarterback across cross-functional teams, ensuring our clients’ brands show up powerfully in an AI-first world.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B/B2C clients, leading all weekly strategy and status calls.
- Own and drive end-to-end campaign planning across social, PR, paid, email, SEO, and web—ensuring all channels work in harmony.
- Lead collaboration across project managers, coordinators, and senior SMEs to manage hours, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prevent siloed execution by architecting compounding, cross-functional strategies that generate momentum and visibility.
- Fully own monthly reporting—gathering data, surfacing insights, and co-presenting with SMEs to VP- and C-level client stakeholders.
- Act as the final reviewer of campaign content and deliverables—ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Leadership & Facilitation
- Lead and facilitate all weekly calls with clients as the strategic lead.
- Align stakeholders (including CMOs and VPs) around campaign vision, objectives, and KPIs.
- Build trust through structured, proactive communication and agenda ownership.
2. Integrated Campaign Planning
- Develop comprehensive multi-channel campaign roadmaps.
- Facilitate collaborative campaign planning sessions with SMEs across PR, content, SEO, and paid media.
- Ensure all campaign activity is clearly reflected in Zen's internal tools (e.g., ClickUp), client dashboards, and quarterly planning docs.
- Collaborate with PR and SEO teams to align campaign content with AI-native search behavior (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, SGE).
- Identify assets that can serve both marketing and sales enablement goals (e.g., bylines, social proof, landing pages).
3. Project Management & Collaboration
- Partner with project managers and coordinators to manage timelines and approvals.
- Help allocate resources strategically and flag potential risks before they affect campaign performance.
4. Performance Accountability & Reporting
- Lead monthly campaign reporting, synthesizing data and insights into clear narratives.
- Regularly re-align goals with client stakeholders to ensure campaign relevance and momentum.
5. Quality Control & Strategic Review
- Act as the final checkpoint before deliverables leave the agency.
- Ensure campaign content reflects brand voice, strategic goals, and current market context.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B/B2C marketing experience in an agency or consulting environment.
- 4+ years of direct campaign ownership, including full accountability for KPIs and client success.
- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; confident leading VP and CMO-level conversations.
- High-level project management skills; able to juggle multiple complex accounts.
- Collaborative leadership style with a bias toward proactive problem solving.
- Data fluency; comfortable pulling insights from GA, ad platforms, CRMs, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience applying AI-driven insights to marketing strategy and buyer behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana.
- Deep understanding of ToFu (top-of-funnel) metrics and their impact on BoFu (bottom-of-funnel) results.
- Past experience managing in-person marketing events (e.g., trade shows, product launches).
- Exposure to go-to-market (GTM) strategy and launch execution.
- Strong grasp of consumer and B2B buying behavior, especially in the AI and digital-first era.
What We Offer
- 💸 Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
- 🩺 Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k) match)
- 🏡 Flexible remote work or Miami office + generous PTO
- 📚 Ongoing professional development and training
- 🤝 A collaborative team culture with industry-leading talent and leadership
If you’re a strategic thinker who can lead big ideas across channels—and you’re ready to lead the charge in how campaigns win in the era of AI—we’d love to hear from you.
