We are looking for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to drive strategy, design, and continuous optimization across our Go-to-Market (GTM) and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Enterprise Architecture, shaping the systems and processes that power our scaling commercial engine.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve deal velocity, enhance quoting accuracy, strengthen downstream revenue processes, and ensure platform scalability as we grow. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can influence architecture, translate business strategy into system design, and execute with precision.
RESPONSIBILITIESGTM & QTC Strategy + Architecture- Partner closely with GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Business Systems teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable system designs.
- Develop a long-term roadmap for the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, balancing innovation, operational efficiency, data quality, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on end-to-end commercial workflows—Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order → Billing → Revenue—identifying friction points and recommending durable solutions.
- Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, and solution design for enhancements to CPQ, CRM, and revenue systems.
- Drive improvements across Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, with exposure to Service Cloud considered a strong plus.
- Influence and guide integrations with ERP (NetSuite) and revenue recognition systems (NetSuite ARM), ensuring data consistency and compliant revenue outcomes.
- Optimize system usability and user experience across the QTC landscape for Sales, Finance, Support, and internal GTM stakeholders.
- Own the lifecycle of enhancements: discovery, documentation, prioritization, UAT, deployment, and post-launch iteration.
- Evaluate new tools, vendors, and architectures to support scaling GTM operations.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps to ensure solutions align with policy, controls, auditability, and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance.
- Deliver training, documentation, and enablement to ensure long-term adoption and operational success.
- Champion architectural consistency and process integrity across GTM systems.
- Influence without authority—collaborating with technical teams, business owners, and executives to drive consensus.
- Act as a mentor and thought leader within Business Systems, bringing a disciplined, forward-looking perspective to our systems landscape.
- 10+ years of experience supporting or leading QTC and GTM systems, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth enterprise environment.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ processes, and the broader commercial lifecycle.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite ARM (or equivalent revenue recognition systems).
- Familiarity with Service Cloud and customer support workflows is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in designing complex cross-system architectures, integrating CRM ↔ CPQ ↔ ERP ↔ RevRec platforms.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 concepts and how they influence system and process design.
- Proven ability to lead full lifecycle initiatives: vendor evaluation, requirements, architecture, UAT, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
