ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for our Coupa and ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms. In this role, you will lead high-visibility projects, partner with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and IT, and design scalable solutions that streamline procurement, invoicing, expenses, and supplier management.
You will be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for driving process improvements, ensuring system performance, and enabling automation across our Source-to-Pay ecosystem. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on bridging technical capabilities with business needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Ownership
- Act as the primary SME for Coupa and ServiceNow S2P, providing guidance and support to business users.
- Configure and maintain Coupa modules: Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Catalog Management, Supplier Management, and Contracts.
- Manage ServiceNow S2P workflows, ensuring alignment with procurement and finance requirements.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across procurement, accounting, and operations.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with integration specialists and developers to design and implement solutions.
Integrations & Systems Support
- Ensure robust, secure, and scalable integrations between Coupa, NetSuite, and other ERP/financial systems.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workato and other automation tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation within the Source-to-Pay cycle.
- Optimize Coupa workflows and enhance reporting/analytics capabilities.
- Stay current with Coupa and ServiceNow product releases and industry best practices.
Training & Enablement
- Develop training materials and lead end-user training sessions.
- Maintain clear documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Coupa
- Hands-on experience with multiple Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Catalog, Supplier Management).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Source-to-Pay processes and architecture.
- Experience with ERP integrations (preferably NetSuite) and automation tools (Workato).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Coupa Certified Professional (CCP) or similar certification.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with Coupa Supplier Integration and Punchout catalogs.
- Knowledge of global procurement, compliance, and tax requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
