The Business Strategist will be responsible for leading client engagements and ensuring that Adobe solutions effectively align with business objectives. They will serve as the client's trusted advisor, driving the strategic direction of digital transformation efforts and ensuring that business outcomes are realized.

The Business Strategist will be responsible for leading client engagements and ensuring that Adobe solutions effectively align with business objectives. They will serve as the client's trusted advisor, driving the strategic direction of digital transformation efforts and ensuring that business outcomes are realized.

Responsibilities
- Lead consultative discovery sessions with clients to uncover strategic business objectives, current-state workflows, and key business challenges
- Facilitate the mapping of end-to-end customer journeys in collaboration with client stakeholders
- Identify pain points, gaps, and opportunities within workflows and recommend strategic solutions
- Define measurable business outcomes and KPIs tied to digital transformation goals
- Align Adobe solution capabilities with business objectives
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the identified Adobe solutions to achieve measurable value
- Provide strategic input during solution design and implementation phases
- Monitor progress toward defined business outcomes post-implementation
- Adapt strategies based on client feedback, market changes, or shifts in business priorities
- Maintain trusted advisor status with clients by offering proactive guidance and ongoing strategic support
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients in a strategic advisory capacity
- Strong understanding of business workflows, customer journey mapping, and performance metrics/KPIs
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical strategies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences
- Familiarity with digital experience platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud) and their potential business impact is preferred, though specific Adobe technical expertise is not required
- Experience working with enterprise-level companies and navigating matrixed organizations is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
