The Business Operations team plays a pivotal role in this mission and solves some of Credit Karma's most important business problems. Business Operation leads are embedded within our organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to lead strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence. We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented Senior Analyst to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving company-wide planning processes and supporting critical strategic priorities. 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner and sounding board to company leaders to help them set data-driven goals 
  • Annual Planning Management: Lead Credit Karma’s end to end annual planning process, involving key stakeholders throughout to ensure all perspectives are considered
    • Designing and managing the planning calendar and timeline
    • Collaborating with key stakeholders across departments to gather input and ensure comprehensive coverage of business goals
    • Developing templates and tools to facilitate efficient data collection and analysis
    • Synthesizing and presenting planning deliverables to executive leadership and other stakeholders
  • Goal Tracking and Reporting: Lead our year round goal tracking and reporting process, including synthesizing key points for our executive team
    • Maintain key performance indicators to monitor progress against strategic objectives
    • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the executive team, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Identify and recommend areas of improvement in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Business Operations Support: Help manage the operating rhythms of the business operations team 
    • Support the operating cadence of the Business Operations team, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and tracking action items
    • Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems
    • Manage ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed to support strategic decision-making

Minimum Basic Requirement:

  • 3 years of total work experience (5+ years preferred), with a preference for experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate strategy, program management, and/or finance
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical chops and ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of the business
  • Strategic Thinking: Executive presence with the ability to develop  a strong point of view on strategic priorities based on internal and external data
  • Adaptability: Excels in ambiguous environments: an ability to drive complex projects and develop processes with minimal guidance and oversight
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate, present, and debate recommendations with all levels of management
  • Initiative: Proactive and passionate self-starting general athlete with bias towards action and constant prioritization
  • Industry Experience: Strong preference for background in management consulting or related field.
  • Consulting/Finance Background: Prior experience in financial services, payments or financial technology. Previous planning experience is a strong plus.
Pay Transparency Notice: 

Credit Karma’s mission of championing financial progress for all starts from within. That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $129,519 - $141,026, plus equity and benefits.
