About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Business Execution Consultant to be a part of the Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) Strategy & Execution team. This role involves supporting the execution of the DAR transformation roadmap, managing strategic projects, and developing frameworks to assess risks associated with reports and analytics deliverables.
The successful candidate will partner with finance to track efficiency opportunities, help drive the people and culture agenda for DAR and establish a robust continuous learning program for all DAR members. Critical success factors will include the ability to develop partnerships and influence positive outcomes with many business and functional areas and provide execution excellence for Data, Analytics & Reporting.
In this role, you will:
Lead projects supporting multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners
Provide strategic level view on process-related activities across the Operations organization
Drive strategic design and implementation of process improvements across execution to increase efficiencies in operational processes and reduce risk
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners across all functions within the COE
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to exercise independent judgment, creative problem-solving techniques and provide credible challenge to all levels of leadership within remediation process
Has a growth mindset and able to work in an environment that is fast-paced and has constant change
Knowledge and understanding of consumer related remediation policy, process, and procedures
Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used in: root cause analysis
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
Solid negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings
Experience successfully escalating complex issues and tracking follow-through to completion
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
