This role partners with employees, managers, HR, and business leaders to enhance individual effectiveness, team collaboration, and organizational practices through coaching, education, and systemic change.
The Neurodiversity Coach applies a neuro-affirming, non-clinical approach, focusing on workplace success, accommodations, communication strategies, and strengths utilization for individuals with diverse cognitive styles, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurocognitive differences.

In this role, you will:
- Build and lead the volunteer coach network: recruit, vet, onboard, and train coaches; create playbooks and tools; align assignments; manage schedules and caseloads; ensure quality and consistency; facilitate a community of practice. You will support and manage over thirty volunteer coaches in the coaching network and lead initiatives to expand and train new coaches to add to the coach network
- Deliver job-focused coaching: use a strengths-based approach to develop personalized strategies for time management, organization, planning, communication, habit formation, and emotional regulation.
- Support employee onboarding and enablement: guide a positive new-hire experience, connect workplace buddies, and provide coaching for both employees and managers.
- Educate and influence: deliver neuroinclusive education for teams and hiring managers; advise on working agreements, accommodations, and burnout prevention; function as a program SME. You will also be an escalation point for the more complex coaching issues that the volunteer coaches and managers cannot resolve
- Drive outcomes and continuous improvement: set goals and measures, track engagement and results, maintain documentation, and contribute to program design and scaling.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience coaching, facilitation, partnership, and influencing skills across multiple levels
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, human resources, organizational development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Formal training or certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, workplace coaching, executive coaching, or equivalent).
- Experience leading coaching and developing neurodivergent employees and their managers
- Strong understanding of workplace accommodations, inclusive practices, and non-clinical support models
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proven project management, organization, and attention to detail to deliver on goals
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
