About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within the Legal Business Solutions section of the Legal Department to support the end-to-end design and development of innovative business solutions. Attention to detail and an agile mindset will be important in the success of this role.
In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
-
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
-
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
-
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
-
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
-
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
-
Collaborate with team members on integrated strategies to ensure effective business process support
-
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and capabilities in order to prepare and respond to customer needs and expectations
-
Understand what’s technically possible, and how business rules work with customer experience
-
Strong communicator that will effectively adjust communication style with vast variety of stakeholders from senior executives to more junior team members
Required Qualifications:
-
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and MS 365
-
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
-
Microsoft Power Platform Expertise, focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate
-
Experience delivering successful end user experiences through capabilities
-
Experience defining, documenting, and implementing business requirements, policies, procedures and processes
-
Process automation & low-code workflow
-
Demonstrated ability to work with and function as part of a team to deliver measurable result
-
Adhere to data governance standards and procedures
