About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within the Legal Business Solutions section of the Legal Department to support the end-to-end design and development of innovative business solutions. Attention to detail and an agile mindset will be important in the success of this role.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

  • Collaborate with team members on integrated strategies to ensure effective business process support

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and capabilities in order to prepare and respond to customer needs and expectations

  • Understand what’s technically possible, and how business rules work with customer experience

  • Strong communicator that will effectively adjust communication style with vast variety of stakeholders from senior executives to more junior team members

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and MS 365

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform

  • Microsoft Power Platform Expertise, focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Experience delivering successful end user experiences through capabilities

  • Experience defining, documenting, and implementing business requirements, policies, procedures and processes

  • Process automation & low-code workflow

  • Demonstrated ability to work with and function as part of a team to deliver measurable result

  • Adhere to data governance standards and procedures

Job Expectations:

  • Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position
