About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Execution Consultant within Human Resources (HR) Product Delivery & Management function (HRPDM) to lead issue management efforts. Our organization sits within Human Resources Transformation & Products.
This role will primarily support the Product organization with risk, control, and issue management, investigating and proposing automation/efficiency opportunities while enhancing the control environment.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute issue management related efforts.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and provide consultation to the Product teams based on issue management standards.
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Make decisions in multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Product team, corporate risk partners, team leaders and control partners, serving as a trusted advisor for issue management.
  • Support risk management efforts.
  • Identify and propose optimization strategies for product teams to enhance processes and controls.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making by leading discussions and ensuring successful implementation of process and control recommendations.
  • Perform control execution and monitoring activities.
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to advise Product.
  • Provide directions on developing corrective action plans and effectively managing regulatory change.
  • Establish reporting capabilities to support effective risk and issue management.
  • Provide monthly reporting to leaders on issues and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Risk management experience, including the establishment and maintenance of controls.
  • 1+ years proven expertise in issue management, with a strong focus on recommending effective mitigation strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in managing issues through the issue life cycle, and an understanding of key elements of issue management framework.
  • Experience working in financial services, consulting or in other highly regulated environments.
  • Experience collaborating in a Product setting and understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Experience designing and managing complex programs, new processes, and services.
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
  • Experience in building reporting dashboards and automation using Power BI / Power Automate.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Must be based in one of the above locations or willing to relocate at your own expense.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
