Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join its innovative team. A minimum of 5+ years of relevant Business Development/Sales experience with IT companies or large corporations is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise sales: Focus on winning high-value, long-term enterprise clients and closing significant deals that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Strategic solutioning: Contribute to the development of tailored sales strategies, complex business problems identification, leveraging deep understanding of the ICP and the company’s core competencies.
- Sales process management: Pitch proposals, evaluate opportunities, and close/sign deals. Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from initial lead identification to final contract signing.
- Business insight & opportunity identification: Collect and analyze customer data to gain insights into their needs, behavior, and business transformation objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Relationship building & stakeholder engagement: Build, develop, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize growth and align efforts for success.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Run and ensure smooth collaboration between business and technology teams, setting clear expectations and facilitating the development of transparent roadmaps and strategies.
- Industry expertise & trends: Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the industry to provide value-added insights and innovative solutions to clients, driving their global success.
- Proven enterprise sales experience with a focus on long-term strategic accounts, preferably in IT.
- Strong knowledge of business principles, target verticals, and technologies, with experience in consultative selling.
- Exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successful client engagements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to lead initiatives independently.
- Financial literacy and the ability to understand business dynamics at all levels.
- Fluent in English and/or German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients, and actively participate in direct marketing activities.
