ServiceTitan is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills to join the Revenue Solutions team within the Revenue Operations organization. In this role, you’ll help deliver results focusing on optimizing and automating current processes. You’ll use your knowledge of processes and KPIs to solve business problems, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to define a scalable vision and measurable success metrics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in business/revenue system analysis, project management and excellent communication skills. They thrive on solving complex problems within a dynamic, growing, and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Partner cross-functionally with Leadership, Operations, Enablement, and Business Technology teams to design, optimize, and scale business processes—primarily within Salesforce—to address key business challenges.

  • Actively participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Own and drive high-impact initiatives from ideation through execution and iteration—translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, providing regular stakeholder updates, and ensuring on time delivery.

  • Analyze and document current and future state workflows using process mapping to identify areas for efficiency and automation.

  • Develop clear and comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional specs to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.

  • Lead UAT efforts to ensure solutions meet business needs and function as intended.

  • Collect user feedback and analyze post-launch usage data to inform ongoing enhancements and drive adoption.

  • Apply and advocate for best practices in designing and implementing solutions across Salesforce and integrated applications to maximize efficiency and process effectiveness.

  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of implemented solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with Business Technology teams to align system development with the broader business roadmap, capacity planning, and prioritization efforts.

  • Manage ad-hoc and Business-As-Usual (BAU) requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution by evaluating priority, impact, and level of technical effort—while providing good, better, best solution options to guide decision-making.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical or business field.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within SaaS business operations, with a strong understanding of the customer journey.

  • Proven experience in creating process maps, writing technical user stories, documenting business requirements, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex problems clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize across shifting priorities, recurring responsibilities, and high-impact projects.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business information and make sound decisions in areas of expertise.

  • Deep understanding of business systems and the ability to apply best practices to drive process and system improvements aligned with organizational goals.

  • Self-starter with critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, with a strong understanding of core functionality and best practices; experience with CPQ and Service Cloud is a plus.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $93,800 USD - $125,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
