We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations organization in New York. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of data, business strategy, and execution, partnering closely with Sales and Partners teams and regional leadership to drive data-informed decisions across the revenue organization.

This is a highly cross-functional, business-facing role that requires strong analytical thinking, clear storytelling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) in a SaaS or high-growth tech company
  • High proficiency in SQL – must
  • Experience querying data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, MemSQL) – must
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling in BI / analytics tools – an advantage
  • Experience working with Tableau – an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid business intuition
  • Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
  • Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $141,000-$170,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office
