We are looking for a Senior IAM Business Analyst with deep experience in identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access lifecycle processes. The role involves working with stakeholders, security teams, and engineering groups to define requirements, streamline IAM workflows, and support the implementation of IAM solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead requirement gathering for IAM functionalities such as SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, provisioning, and JML processes.
- Document BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and access models.
- Define role structures, entitlement mappings, approval workflows, and certification processes.
- Coordinate application onboarding to IAM tools (Auth0, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, etc.).
- Support UAT planning, test case creation, and validation for IAM features.
- Work with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure governance adherence.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IAM technical teams.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4–5 years in IAM.
- Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, AD/Azure AD, RBAC, JML, and access governance.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms like Okta, Auth0, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements, workflows, data flows, and integration specifications.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Jira/Confluence).
