The Opportunity...
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and enhance enterprise platforms that enable our General and Administrative (G&A) functions. This role will be a key contributor in managing and improving technologies that support Commvault’s  Legal Systems, Document Management, ServiceNow, and Workday. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver system solutions that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction. 
 

What You'll Do...
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for G&A technologies including ServiceNow (ITSM, HRSD, Legal modules), Customer Portals, Document Management platforms (e.g., iManage, SharePoint, Box), and Legal Tech tools (e.g., CLM, eDiscovery). 

  • Support and maintain Workday HCM and Finance modules, including configuration updates, reporting, testing, and integration with other systems. 

  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, IT Operations, and other business teams to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements. 

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and partner with developers, vendors, and system admins to deliver solutions. 

  • Lead and contribute to the planning, execution, and testing of system enhancements, new feature rollouts, and integrations across supported platforms. 

  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, meet business requirements, and comply with security, privacy, and compliance standards. 

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and tool rationalization across G&A systems. 

  • Drive adoption of best practices for document governance, self-service portals, and employee/customer-facing interfaces. 

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors on issue resolution, system upgrades, and the delivery of enhancements. 

  • Participate in platform evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and roadmap planning. 

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for complex system issues. 

  • Maintain system documentation, product specifications, and knowledge base articles. 


Who You Are...
Essential Skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. 

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise applications. 

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Document Management systems, and Legal/Compliance technologies. 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. 

  • Familiarity with workflow automation, data integrations, and reporting tools. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
     

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting G&A functions in a SaaS or tech-oriented environment. 

  • Knowledge of tools such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Salesforce Experience Cloud, or similar. 

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies. 

  • Certifications in Workday, ServiceNow, or ITIL are a plus.

US Pay Range
$72,250$195,500 USD
