About GlossGenius

GlossGenius is building an ecosystem enabling entrepreneurs to succeed. We empower small business owners to focus on being creators, not admins, by offering a range of business management tools including booking and scheduling, marketing, analytics, payment processing and much more.

Over 100,000 small business owners have chosen to rely on GlossGenius every day to run their entire set of business operations. Joining its powerful, intuitive platform with its vibrant, distinguished brand, GlossGenius is the ideal combination of a fintech, SMB software, and consumer company all in one.

About the Role

As the Senior Brand Manager you will act as the strategic architect for GlossGenius’s next phase of brand growth. You will be responsible for defining, validating, and scaling new top-of-funnel channels to reach key audiences, moving them from pilot tests to predictable revenue drivers. You will also architect and execute integrated brand campaigns that align with our biggest strategic bets.

In this role, you will bring a full-funnel mindset to brand marketing. You will ensure that our "big bet" campaigns are not isolated awareness plays, but fully integrated campaigns that flow seamlessly into consideration and conversion. You will architect multi-quarter channel strategies, build rigorous measurement frameworks to prove their impact, and work cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive customer journey from the first impression to the final sale. You will act as the General Manager for your channels, prioritizing initiatives that drive meaningful awareness, pipeline, and business results.

You will report to the Director of Brand Marketing. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and scale new Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) channels moving them from pilot tests to predictable revenue drivers
  • Orchestrate fully integrated campaigns, ensuring that top-of-funnel "big bets" flow seamlessly through the entire customer journey from the first ad impression to the landing page, email nurture, and sales talk track, etc.
  • Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop campaigns that align with business priorities and authentically tell our story and demonstrate our product value, ensuring you're an effective creative partner who can brief, iterate, and push for breakthrough work
  • Establish frameworks for measuring brand success, tracking incrementality, lift, and business impact; connecting awareness tactics to customer acquisition
  • Own the P&L for your channels, partnering with Analytics to validate efficiency and defend investment strategies with data-driven storytelling
  • Integrate AI into your daily workflow as a productivity multiplier by using tools to accelerate research, iterate on copy/creative, and streamline operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of integrated brand marketing experience at high-growth companies, with a proven track record of scaling TOFU channels and connecting brand awareness to measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Deep expertise in at least 2-3 TOFU channels (e.g., podcast advertising, OOH, CTV, influencer partnerships, experiential) with experience taking channels from test to scale
  • Experience building and implementing measurement frameworks for offline or broad-reach channels (e.g., incrementality testing, lift studies)
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with high-level decision-making, shifting from managing projects to owning business-critical initiatives
  • Demonstrated AI fluency in a brand or marketing context — you have a point of view on which tools meaningfully improve your output and can show examples of how you've used AI to make better strategic decisions, not just work faster
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience bringing AI products to market and differentiating them in a crowded landscape
    • Background in vertical SaaS
    • Prior experience at companies that successfully scaled from $20M-$500M ARR
    • Hands-on experience with brand creative production (video, photography, content)

Benefits & Perks

  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially or fully covered by GG
  • In-person opportunities that are designed to help team members foster collaboration and build community (ie; working out of a co-working space, team dinners, and other team building activities)
  • Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot
  • Generous, fully-paid parental leave policy
  • 401k benefit - employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment
  • Professional Development - employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Dependent Care FSA
  • Home office support

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $170,000 - $205,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

At GlossGenius, we celebrate our differences and are committed to creating a workplace where all employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
