As a Senior Brand Designer, you will produce high-quality creative assets for various channels, shape brand identity, and collaborate on projects.
The summary above was generated by AI

Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 200 countries. 10,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average.

In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life.

Our customers, who include marketers, UX researchers, HR teams and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,000 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before the next international offsite.

About the role

We're building the foundation of a strong brand and design-oriented culture at Tremendous. As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality creative that represents our brand across various touchpoints.

You will

  • Work with the marketing team to design an array of digital and print assets, including landing pages, ads, events, blog covers, emails, etc.

  • Translate abstract concepts and messaging into compelling visual executions

  • Shape and grow our brand identity across multiple channels

  • Own projects from kickoff through completion, collaborating with other members of the team when necessary and incorporating feedback into thoughtful final assets

  • Work with contractors when necessary, whether we’re working with an illustrator or passing off new landing pages to a dev shop

You have

  • 5+ years experience building visual brand at tech companies

  • 2+ years experience in startup environments as a brand designer

  • A strong portfolio showcasing design experience across a range of mediums

  • The ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration

  • Strong writing skills, because we’re a documentation-first company

  • Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition

  • Strong skills around critical thinking and storytelling

  • Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite

  • A keen understanding of design principles and current web technologies

  • Illustration skills (especially vector illustration)

  • Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, but not required if sufficient experience and portfolio exists

What's cool about the role

  • You'll work at a company growing quickly yet sustainably. We’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead. That’s good news for your career growth.

  • Competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $90,000 - $125,000

  • We're a remote company. Work from wherever you want in the Americas — we have collaboration hours from around 12-3 PM Eastern time.

  • Smart people and a great culture. See our company handbook.
