 Senior Billing Manager

The Senior Billing Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end billing function, supporting clinical trial and professional services projects. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all billing activities and provides leadership, oversight, and operational governance for the Billing team. The Senior Billing Manager collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners to support cash flow.

What we offer

• The estimated hiring range for this role is $130 - $153k plus applicable bonus. This hiring range is specific to the US and will vary for other regions based upon local market data.  Final salary is ultimately decided upon taking into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: skills and experience, licensure and certifications, education, specific location and dynamic market data.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 6–8+ years’ experience in finance, billing, or project accounting, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role required.  
• Experience within clinical research or life sciences preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements and professional services billing structures.
• Advanced analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
