Position: Senior Actimize Business Analyst – AML & Fraud

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the AML and Fraud domain, specializing in Actimize solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Realtime Payment Screening, Fraud Monitoring (including IFM implementation), and ACH/NACHA integration, with strong capabilities in source-to-solution mapping and requirements documentation (BRD/FSD).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business and compliance discussions to gather and define AML and Fraud requirements.
  • Author comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) for Actimize modules including AML-SAM, CDD, WLX, IFM, CTR, and SAR.
  • Drive Realtime Payment Screening initiatives across SWIFT, ISO20022, ACH, Checks, and Digital Payments.
  • Implement and optimize Fraud scenarios using IFM, including risk scoring and policy definition in ActOne.
  • Collaborate with ETL teams for data mapping and validation aligned with Actimize UDM integration.
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis to support rule performance and AML scenario alignment.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, debugging, and validation.
  • Define and document UI/UX requirements, including custom alert forms and ingestion workflows.
  • Support ACH/NACHA integration efforts with detailed source-to-solution mapping.
  • Manage ActOne configuration: roles, permissions, workflows, automations, and DART requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and impact assessments across SAM, CDD, WLX, and IFM modules.
  • Prepare and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test plans, scripts, and evidence documentation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years as a Business/Data Analyst in AML, Sanctions Screening, KYC, and Fraud Monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC screening, and Sanctions compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Actimize, including ActOne case manager.
  • Proven ability to write BRDs and FSDs with precision and clarity.
  • Expertise in SQL for data analysis and transformation.
  • Experience with ACH/NACHA, SWIFT, ISO20022, and other payment formats.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • ACAMS or equivalent certification.
  • Background in financial services or banking.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
