POSTION SUMMARY
The Senior Talent Acquisition Associate supports full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top talent aligned with Huron’s evolving business needs. This person will be acutely aligned to our Workday practice, bringing expertise in sourcing and hiring Workday professionals. As a Senior Associate, the role focuses on delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience, executing sourcing strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, data-aware, and experienced recruiting Workday consultants and professionals within a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The Talent Acquisition Sr. Associate is required to demonstrate a high level of performance in the following areas:
Strategic Recruiting and Sourcing

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for candidates in the United States and Canada
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand role requirements and align recruiting efforts.
  • Assist in drafting consistent, branded job descriptions to posting in various channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Use Workday and other tools to track candidates and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the development of job descriptions and interview guides.
  • Successfully manage sourcing campaigns to proactively identify, attract, and engage potential candidates including job boards, LinkedIn/social media, and employee referrals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and execute talent strategies.
  • Effectively manage multiple clients’ recruiting priorities with successful outcomes.
  • Develop, document and measure recruiting and sourcing strategies for each client and/or assigned search.
  • Provide a consistent level of communication and relevant data points keeping your clients informed of priorities, recruiting activity, challenges, market intelligence and results learned through recruitment efforts.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data insights to execute strategy and make data driven decisions.
  • Establish and foster collaborative working relationships with key clients and stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Financial Operations, Compensation and Resource Management.

Talent Assessment

  • Learn, adopt, and manage Huron’s interview framework to ensure candidates are adequately assessed and monitor quality of hire with your client and HRBPs to make improvements.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
  • Conduct an initial recruiter screen to assess the candidates’ experience and qualifications providing a well-written summary of your assessment to your client.
  • Assist in the preparation of interview materials and provide support to hiring managers through the Interview process.
  • Effectively facilitate and manage interview debriefs with hiring managers and interview teams.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate interview logistics in partnership with Coordination team and provide timely feedback, consulting with hiring teams and HR accordingly

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with recruiters, coordinators, Resource Management, Corp IT/Onboarding teams, and HR teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
  • Maintain strong communication with hiring managers on candidate pipelines and progress.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • U.S. work authorization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment, professional services or executive search firm
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting Workday consultants across the Workday ecosystem, including cloud platform, implementation, HCM, Finance, etc.
  • Change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional organization, time management, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS/CRM systems (preferably Workday ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with immigration policies and mobility teams around candidate visa and sponsorship needs, ensuring compliance and clean communication across parties
