Senior Associate - Financial Modeling Analytics

Support actuarial modeling initiatives, develop AI workflows, partner across finance to apply data science, and translate complex concepts for stakeholders.
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
This position is hybrid - Tuesday - Thursday in the New York Office and Monday and Friday work from home.
What You'll Do:• Support experimental actuarial modeling initiatives• Contribute to the design and development of agentic AI workflows and tooling across the Finance organization• Partner with teams across finance to apply data science, machine learning, and AI capabilities to high-priority analytical problems• Translate complex quantitative and technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Research and evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve how the organization works
What You'll Bring:• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL• Experience in machine learning & data science• Experience with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted workflows• Familiarity with software development best practices and tools (Git/GitHub, version control, code review, CI/CD)• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
