  • Engage with business users to capture requirements
  • Prepare the design Specification document
  • Communicate requirements to the offshore team
  • Coding and Unit testing
  • Provide demo of the developed applications to the business teams
  • Perform sanity testing of the application as and when needed
  • Engage with the business and participates in the User Acceptance Testing
  • Drive discussions regarding issues in the applications / enhancements
  • Production support
