Job Overview

The Wealth Management Strategic Transformation Office partners across Wealth Management to support the analysis and decision making behind our multi-year strategy. We conduct research and analysis that help leaders decide what to build, where to invest, and understand how capabilities connect to deliver differentiated advisor and client experiences.

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Wealth Management Strategic Transformation Office to support strategic initiatives across the Wealth Management organization. In this role, you will contribute research, analysis, and structured problem‑solving that inform leadership decisions, strategic priorities, and capability roadmaps. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights that support decision‑making.

This role works closely with Wealth Management leaders and cross‑functional partners, contributing to initiatives that shape the future of the Wealth Management business.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Research & Insight Development

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support Wealth Management strategy, including industry trends, competitive landscape, advisor needs, and investor demands
• Synthesize findings into clear insights, implications, and hypotheses to inform strategic discussions and decisions

• Support development of strategic points of view that connect market dynamics to internal capabilities
• Support business cases, prioritization efforts, and investment decisions through structured, strategic frameworks
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and analyses that clearly communicate insights and recommendations
• Serve as a connection point across Wealth Management, Technology, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, finance, product, or a related role in wealth management, financial services, fintech, or related fields
• Experience conducting research and analysis to support strategic or business decisions
• Deep experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Core Competencies:

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights for senior stakeholders
• Self-starter who is organized, attentive to detail, and can successfully manage multiple priorities

Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the wealth management industry
• Experience working with cross‑functional partners in a complex organization

 

Pay Range:

$91,696-$152,826/year
 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
