Overview:

Hello Heart is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy and Operations to drive analysis & identify improvement opportunities across the go-to-market (GTM) engine. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of GTM operations, Strategy, Finance & Analytics.  Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will have exposure across the entire revenue funnel including Marketing, Sales, Business Development / Partnerships & Customer Experience (CX).  Your success will be measured on your ability not just to identify value creation opportunities, but also to present them in a compelling way that ultimately drives change & increases revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modeling: Build models that blend operations & finance to quantify business decisions (e.g. whitespace prioritization, account segmentation, market sizing)
  • Data Synthesis: Identify insights from disparate data sources, cutting through ambiguity and noise to find next-level opportunities
  • KPI’s & Goaling: Develop targets & tracking mechanisms to maximize individual contributor, team & company performance
  • Reporting: Build reports that range from ad hoc analyses on performance/process opportunities (e.g. pipeline stage analytics in Salesforce.com) to recurring “rhythm of the business” insights (e.g. monthly deck to leadership highlighting largest client whitespace opportunities)
  • Packaging Insights & Recommendations: Translate large volumes of data into actionable, succinct & clear recommendations for leadership (typically executive-level slides)
  • Project Management: Add structure to ad hoc projects & campaigns (e.g. introducing a new feature to clients) by creating project plans, tracking/reporting, and in some cases directly driving activities

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy/operations role at a software company
  • Advanced modeling skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets) with ability to create:
    • User-friendly tools for repeat usage by internal partners (e.g. capacity model for staffing CSM’s)
    • One-time model to assess business opportunities (e.g. quantify tradeoff of two market segmentation approaches)
  • Highly skilled at translating complex analysis into executive-level presentations (e.g. MS Power Point, Google Slides)
  • Understanding of levers & KPI’s that increase revenue at B2B & B2B2C software companies (e.g. win rate, net dollar retention, pipeline coverage)
  • Exceptional at taking an 80/20 approach with the ability to assess where the best ROI on your own time is
  • Excellent at working cross-functionally & skilled at customizing messaging (written, verbal or slides)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000.00 to $150,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
