The Sr Analyst, Replenishment will be responsible for the strategic implementation of best practice demand replenishment strategies that supports the sales and inventory goals of SMG and Lowes. The Senior Replenishment Analysts will leverage their collaborative relationships and understanding of key business drivers to flawlessly execute replenishment methodologies that support shifts in demand seasonality. 

Further responsibilities include, but not limited to, regional and market level weeks of supply analysis, order fulfillment troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and standardized reporting of key metrics. The Senior Replenishment Analyst will also be required to demonstrate supply chain best practices leading to increased SMG supplier performance relative to the Lowes vendor compliance program. 

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with BDT Sales team, BDT Finance, and Demand Planning to execute replenishment strategies that drive key metrics including but not limited to, point of sale, in-stocks and inventory turns. 

  • Collaborate with Lowes Inventory Planning and Replenishment team to align inventory goals that support shared points of sales growth while meeting customer inventory objectives. 

  • Own and execute category analysis that supports current and future SMG programs around promotional activity and off shelf product placement. 

  • Execute regular inventory reviews to ensure readiness and drive customer automated replenishment system recommendations.

  • Provide detailed insight and root cause analysis into key customer metrics such as in-stock and fill rate reporting. 

  • Executes the Ready for Season process to track item set up, ensuring all data is accurate and submitted in a timely fashion for new and existing products. 

Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or other applicable fields. 

  • Business experience in Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, or Distribution in either a retail or consumer products manufacturing environment.  

  • Systems experience using SAP, JDA, Kinaxis, Lowe’s Vendor Partner Plus or similar (Tableau a plus)

  • Strong analytical and statistical skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment 

  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access and Excel

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally within the organization

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $87,600.00 - $103,100.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
