Job Overview:

The Senior Analyst, Investment Product Transformation and Execution will play a critical role in leading large-scale strategic initiatives across LPL’s Investment Management Solutions organization, working closely with teams such as Investment Products, Alternative Investments, and Strategic Partners. 

This candidate will have the opportunity to support the development, execution, and delivery of high-impact business initiatives aligned with LPL’s long-term growth deliverables. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while collaborating across teams and functions. A solid understanding of business fundamentals, a consultative approach to problem-solving, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive evaluation and integrations for investment-management related strategic partnerships and contribute to firm’s monetization.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate initiative progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic direction.
  • Lead internal stakeholders to align vision, strategy, and goals, applying critical thinking to articulate value propositions.
  • Own the development and execution of investment product strategies and go-to-market plans, including performance tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with product, technology, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of high-impact initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or strategic project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience managing and executing cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Familiarity with wealth management, investment products, and advisory platforms.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and influence outcomes without direct authority while driving decisions forward even in complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and experience interacting with senior leadership, including developing and presenting business cases.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Executive presence and ability to synthesize complex topics for senior audiences.

Preferences:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Change management or transformation

 

Pay Range:

$79,125-$131,875/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
