At Rohlik Group, we are changing how people eat and live — delivering fresh, high-quality groceries to millions of customers across Europe. To fuel this growth, we need sharp financial insights, strong planning, and smart decision support.
That’s where you come in.

What you’ll do
You will support decision-making at the highest level — from Group CFO to Executive Board and investors.
Your work will directly shape the financial future of a fast-scaling business.
Partner with Group FP&A Manager & CFO to drive forecasting, budgeting, Business Reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR) and long-term planning
Consolidate management accounts and ensure alignment with IFRS standards
Build regular dashboards, financial models, and running P&L geared toward insights

Challenge and support country finance teams, ensuring their plans are realistic and aligned with strategy
Create scenarios and business cases for strategic decisions and new initiatives
Communicate insights confidently to senior leadership — with clear, actionable takeaways
Manage the FP&A timetable and ensure timely submissions from all markets
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve FP&A processes
Your mission: bring data to life — turning numbers into decisions that grow the business — you will be the storyteller behind our numbers.
What we look for
You are a data-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-changing environment.
You see patterns others miss — and know how to explain them clearly.
2–5 years of experience in finance / consulting / investment banking / strategy
Strong financial modelling and scenario planning skills
Ability to extract insights from large and complex data sets
Experience with Excel, Tableau, NetSuite, DataRails (or similar tools)
Excellent communication and presentation skills — storytelling with data
Proactive approach, high attention to detail, strong sense of ownership
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders — including senior leadership
