Position Summary
As an Enterprise Resiliency Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing CVS Health’s Enterprise Resiliency strategy to ensure continuous improvement of the Business Continuity program across dedicated service lines. This role will allow you to work closely with business leaders to coordinate all Business Continuity functions including but not limited to Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), risk assessments, Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development, Site Incident Management plan development, maintenance, and exercising. You will provide support for the Business Continuity audit program to facilitate timely, transparent, and well-organized responses to audit inquiries related to CVS Health’s Enterprise Resiliency Business Continuity program.
This role will report to the Manager of Business Continuity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Work with department leaders to develop BIAs, risk assessments, risk mitigation solutions, and BCPs to ensure business units can continue to manage critical business functions, satisfy regulatory obligations, and maintain compliance with client contracts.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify gaps and address deficiencies in recovery strategies to enhance contingency plans.
Provide support for the Business Continuity audit program to facilitate timely, transparent, and well-organized responses to audit inquiries related to CVS Health’s Enterprise Resiliency Business Continuity program.
Facilitate the development of Site Incident Management plans and exercises.
Support significant events in various size and scale of impact (hurricane, social unrest, pandemic) by supporting business units.
Develop working knowledge of program tools and associated skills to train business partners with appropriate skills to support role.
Facilitate Business Continuity training and awareness for business leaders in all functional areas.
Facilitate meetings, mock/simulation exercises, and emergency notifications related to the execution of Business Continuity Plans.
Manage emergency notification system for business units and ensure updates reflect changes in staff size, location, organization, home office, and facilities.
Utilize Business Continuity planning tool and ensure program updates are made in accordance with key deliverables.
Perform program and project activities as assigned by Manager.
Required Qualifications
2+ year of combined experience in Business Continuity, Enterprise Resiliency, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Audit, Emergency Management, Project Management, or Operational Management.
Minor travel expected 0-5% (including plane)
Hybrid Role – One day in office (Wednesdays)
Preferred Qualifications
ABCP or CBCP Certification
Strong project management experience
Experience using and maintaining BC planning tools
Experience with emergency notification system
Experience in presenting to, and proven ability to effectively communicate with senior management
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Must be able to interface and coordinate efficiently with business partners locally and in remote locations
Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
Highly motivated individual with the ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
