You

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital, ideally with a focus on AI, cloud infrastructure, debt capital markets, and/or restructuring.

  • Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building company models, merger models, or project finance / debt financing.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions.

  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects.
