We are looking for a passionate and talented tenured Senior Backend .NET Developer to design, modify, develop, and write robust backend software solutions and application components. Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in software development, demonstrating a strong and tenured skillset in backend development.
  • English level: C1 or higher (Advanced)
  • Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API (or similar for backend development), Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend web services.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and backend architectural patterns.
  • Experience working in agile environments and with CI/CD tools, particularly in the context of backend deployments.
  • Proven experience and mandatory willingness to utilize AI tools and capabilities extensively to accelerate the software development cycle, with a clear understanding of how AI can be applied to backend development; candidates should have already integrated AI into their workflow for backend tasks.
  • Experience or familiarity with the finance domain is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, particularly in resolving backend-related challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain critical backend applications and services using primarily .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with other developers, business analysts, and potentially software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and implement backend software solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and delivery, actively utilizing AI tools and capabilities to enhance the development cycle, particularly for backend development tasks. Maintain coding standards, documentation, and automated test procedures, with a focus on backend components.
  • Analyze and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and stability of backend processes and application integrations.
  • Champion and implement AI-driven development practices within the team, specifically for improving backend development workflows.
