In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation, design, and deployment of scalable AI and machine learning models that directly elevate the consumer healthcare experience. - Prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle (SDLC) for AI/ML tools and applications
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI

- Develop tools, pipelines, and applications by producing clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, Core Java, or Scala
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and development operations through appropriate scripting and tools (e.g., Terraform)
- Review, debug, and optimize code to maintain the highest standards of software quality, security, and performance
- Perform validation, performance, and verification testing on deep learning and machine learning models
- Evaluate emerging trends and research in artificial intelligence and machine learning to inform solution design and strategic innovation
- Document development phases, architectures, and monitor deployed AI systems to ensure enterprise-scale reliability

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent software engineering or data science experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Python, Core Java, or Scala
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models or pipelines into production environments
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and container orchestration using Kubernetes
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering (e.g., GraphQL, database design, and data pipeline construction)
- Experience with infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform
- Experience utilizing version control systems (e.g., GitHub) for professional team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, data warehousing, and distributed query engines
- Experience establishing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for ML models (MLOps)
- Knowledge of modern Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering best practices
- Proven solid analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to bridge technical concepts with business requirements
