  • Design, implement, and coordinate multi‑agent workflows for marketing decisioning, including role specialization and conflict resolution strategies to ensure coherent end-to-end outcomes.
  • Prototype and iterate on intelligent agent behaviors using Python, Spark, and modern ML & AI frameworks.
  • Support the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.

  • Experience implementing multi-agent workflows, including agent role specialization, task decomposition, state management, and strategies for conflict resolution and consistency of outcomes
  • Strong applied expertise in statistical and predictive modeling methods (e.g., logistic regression, XGBoost, segmentation, and propensity modeling), including model build, validation and performance monitoring
  • Experience applying analytics within consumer lending or financial services across the credit lifecycle (prospecting, acquisition, underwriting/credit risk, portfolio management, and collections), including familiarity with credit bureau data and related consumer datasets
  • 3+ years of experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, agent building or advanced analytics, including delivery of solutions used in production or client-facing environments
