At SentinelOne, we’re redefining cybersecurity by pushing the limits of what’s possible—leveraging AI-powered, data-driven innovation to stay ahead of tomorrow’s threats.
From building industry-leading products to cultivating an exceptional company culture, our core values guide everything we do. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to drive impact. If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes cybersecurity—someone who's spent years on the front lines as an analyst, responder, or operator, and who’s now eager to push the field forward using AI. If you’ve ever thought “there has to be a smarter way to do this,” and then built it, we want to hear from you.
What will you do?
As a Senior AI Cybersecurity Engineer, you’ll join our globally distributed team to:
- Build intelligent systems that automate incident detection, response, and threat intelligence.
- Apply your deep experience in cybersecurity operations to design practical, effective AI solutions.
- Develop machine learning tools that can identify, analyze, and neutralize cyber threats faster and more accurately than ever before.
- Work with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to bring these capabilities to life in the SentinelOne platform.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our automated systems against real-world threats.
- Stay close to the evolving threat landscape and ensure our defenses evolve with it.
What skills and experience should you bring?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience (incident response, threat hunting, or security operations).
- Has successfully applied AI/ML to real-world security problems.
- Knows the difference between theory and what actually works in an enterprise SOC or defense environment.
- Is fluent in Python and comfortable working with ML frameworks like PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Brings deep familiarity with threat intel, incident response workflows, and security frameworks.
- Has worked in or alongside government, military, or intelligence agencies—or has faced similarly complex, high-stakes challenges.
- Is excited to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to a team building the next generation of AI-powered cybersecurity tools.
