Description

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

We’re looking for an AI Content Marketing Manager that is passionate about AI to join our growth team and revolutionize how monday.com scales content. In this role, you’ll be using advanced AI tools to build, maintain, and accelerate content workflows that power monday.com’s global reach.

You’ll help us create new content types, expand distribution channels, and make monday.com more discoverable across markets. Partnering closely with demand generation, SEO, product marketing, and brand, you’ll leverage AI to optimize processes, automate repetitive tasks, and experiment with fresh formats to drive growth.

This is a hands-on role for a content marketer who understands how to use AI to increase content velocity, quality, and impact.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Use AI-powered workflows to build, maintain, and scale monday.com’s content engine.
  • Create, edit, and optimize new content types (e.g., SEO-driven, short-form, multimedia, interactive) to improve quality, and expand reach and discoverability.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to deliver high-performing “push” content that drives awareness and acquisition.
  • Continuously evaluate AI tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in content production.
  • Track performance, report on learnings, and evolve workflows to maximize results.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS (growth or SEO-focused experience a plus).
  • Passionate about working with AI to scale content operations.
  • Proven experience building scalable content operations or experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to balance speed, scale, and quality.
  • A growth mindset: comfort with testing, iterating, and adopting new approaches quickly
  • Manage a team of freelance writers and editors, ensuring AI-enhanced workflows maintain consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all outputs.
