  • Maintain dependable attendance during scheduled or core business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Travel overnight by air or automobile as required—sometimes for multiple nights—for onsite audits driven by regulatory or complexity needs.
  • Represent the company with professional dress, demeanor, and appearance.

Who You Are:

  • An experienced title industry professional with a minimum of 10 years in the field.
  • Skilled in oral and written communication, with excellent verbal, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Experienced in auditing multi-state agencies (preferred).
  • Professionally certified (CPA, CIA, CFE, etc.)—a plus.
  • Able to work under pressure, adapt to disruptions, and accept supervision, direction, and constructive feedback.
  • Someone who handles confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • In possession of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Courteous, flexible, proactive, and committed to high-caliber professionalism.

Why Join Us:

  • You’ll contribute to a mission-critical function that directly supports risk management and operational excellence.
  • You’ll work remotely with the autonomy to plan and conduct meaningful audits across diverse agencies and states.
  • Your insights will shape process improvements, compliance strategies, and the future of Agency Operations.
  • You’ll collaborate with knowledgeable teams in legal, compliance, and operations who value your expertise.
