Senior Administrative Assistant – Raleigh Office
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Work Model: Onsite
Seasonal Overtime: Required during peak tax seasons (3/1–4/15 and 9/1–10/15)
TJT, a top-ranked North Carolina CPA firm, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to play a key role in supporting our Raleigh office. This position goes beyond traditional administrative work—you’ll be a trusted partner to firm leadership, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while delivering a polished, high-touch experience for both clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare, process, and manage documents including scanning, labeling, organizing, and shipping (FedEx/USPS)
- Support tax workflow processes such as document organization, electronic filing, binder rollforwards, and PDF creation
- Maintain accurate data entry and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate engagement letters and administrative project work
- Provide direct administrative support to partners and staff
- Engage with clients, visitors, and internal team members—creating a professional, welcoming environment
- Assist with daily office operations, errands, and logistics to ensure efficiency across the team
