Job Description

  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process.
  • Manage and maintain the OneStream consolidation system, including data loads, mappings, hierarchies, and system enhancements. Provide support for users and maintain system protocols in troubleshooting data validation, access, and reporting issues.
  • Coordinate subsidiary finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data.
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
  • Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and equity accounting.
  • Support external audit requirements and ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX, if applicable).
  • Develop and maintain consolidation policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the consolidation and reporting functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
  • Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Hyperion, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
