Job Summary: Are you ready to help connect communities? As a Multi-Tenant Sales Representative, you'll sell our products and services to customers in buildings with 50+ units. You'll do this by knocking on doors, organizing lobby events, and creating strong relationships with property managers.

Working Conditions: In this role, you'll spend about 80% of your time outdoors in any weather, lift items weighing 10-20 pounds over short distances, and work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours, including holidays.
Required Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience:• 1+ year(s) in sales or customer service.
Technical Skills:• Familiarity with computers and related devices.
Skills & Abilities:• Good at cold-calling and persuasive communication.• Familiarity with computers and related devices.• Adaptable and self-motivated.• Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of communication and data networking technologies.• Experience in telecommunications services.• 2+ years of sales or related work experience.

$33,120.00 and $54,960.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$65,000.
