Job Description

At Experian Insurance Services, we're transforming how people shop for home and auto insurance—combining smart tech, data, and human connection to make the process simple and transparent. If you're passionate about helping consumers make better financial decisions, we'd love to meet you.

You'll support customers by chat, email, and phone—answering questions, updating policies, and guiding them through their insurance options. You'll aim to resolve issues in the first interaction and deliver an experience every time. This is a fully remote position, so a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace are necessary . You'll report to the Account Manager Supervisor.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage customer accounts for personal insurance policies, including renewals, rewrites, and additions.
  • Communicate with clients through multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and text—to ensure efficient service.
  • Use multiple insurance systems to access and manage policy information.
  • Provide consultative guidance on insurance products, helping customers understand their options and make informed decisions based on their needs.
  • Cross-sell additional lines of business (e.g., auto, home, and umbrella) by identifying opportunities to enhance coverage.
  • Assist third parties (such as mortgage companies or lienholders) with policy documentation and changes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients and maintain compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve your knowledge.
  • Contributing to a fun, collaborative team environment where customer focus and teamwork are top priorities.

Qualifications

WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE:

  • Five (5+) plus yeas of experience in sales or call center environment with empathy to client needs.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license with 1 year of insurance industry experience.
  • Experience using multiple insurance systems.
  • Organize customer accounts and documentation.
  • Familiarity with personal insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • A consultative and empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Represent Experian Insurance Services with integrity and reliability.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that is adjusting to evolving processes and customer needs.
  • Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
