The Opportunity

We are seeking a world-class Senior Account Executive to sell a highly differentiated, game-changing fulfillment solution to high-growth e-commerce brands. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for hunting new business, managing the full sales cycle, and closing significant deals that have a direct impact on our company's trajectory.

You are a proven hunter, a strategic closer, and a logistics expert who thrives on exceeding targets and delivering massive value to your clients.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, managing a pipeline of high-value e-commerce brands.
  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic channel partnerships.
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospects by deeply understanding their current supply chain, cross-border challenges, and growth objectives.
  • Articulate the powerful Portless value proposition, specifically focusing on the financial and operational benefits of the Direct Fulfillment model versus the traditional fulfillment model
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and present customized proposals that solve real-world client problems.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business and build long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Collaborate closely with our Solutions Engineering and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot).
Who You Are
  • Experienced Logistics Seller: You have a minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying, closing role within the logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain technology industry.
  • Industry Expert: You have direct experience selling for a modern 3PL, 4PL, or tech-enabled freight forwarder. Your background includes working at a company like ShipBob, ShipMonk, Flexport, Stord, Deliverr, or similar.
  • A Proven Winner: You have a demonstrated history of being a top performer (top 10%) on your sales team. You've earned accolades like President's Club, Winner's Circle, or other top-tier sales awards.
  • Master of the Full Cycle: You are an expert in consultative, value-based selling and are skilled at managing complex sales cycles with multiple executive-level stakeholders.
  • Hunter Mentality: You are a self-starter with a proven ability to build a robust sales pipeline from the ground up through outbound efforts.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You possess elite presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ambitious & Coachable: You are driven, hungry for success, and eager to make a significant impact at a high-growth company.
