About Us

At Simon, we firmly believe business success starts and ends with people. We’re scrappy problem solvers who care deeply about tackling big challenges with disruptive thinking, giving our customers the support they need, and investing in each other’s growth. We all do our best work when we’re surrounded by other friendly top performers who want to succeed together. When you trust your team, give them ownership, and build with heart, great things happen.

Simon Data was founded in 2015 by a team of successful serial entrepreneurs. Today, we’re more than a CDP—Simon is a complete solution that empowers marketers with the data, technology, and expert resources they need to stop guessing and start delivering what customers want.

Our revolutionary Simon AI puts 100x more data at marketers’ fingertips, helping them uncover their best audiences, launch higher-performing campaigns, and double their output without doubling the workload. That’s why leading brands like ASOS, Mattress Firm, and 1-800-Flowers trust Simon to power sustainable, high-performing customer marketing programs.

The Role

The marketing status quo isn’t cutting it anymore. Today’s teams need more than dashboards and guesswork — they need real outcomes. Simon Data delivers the industry’s first goal-based AI marketing workflow, translating business objectives directly into high-performing audience segments. Unlike generic AI solutions, our Agents work with your existing data today to deliver real results—no black box, no fluff.

We’re scaling fast and rewriting how modern SaaS sales should feel. As an Account Executive at Simon, you won’t just sell — you’ll help define how our product gets positioned, how our pipeline gets built, and how our deals get won.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the deal. Drive the full sales cycle from outbound to close — and do it with precision, urgency, and heart.
Sell to the C-suite. Build trust with Marketing, Data, and Tech leaders at high-growth brands and enterprise players alike.
Make the complex simple. Run clear, value-driven demos and proofs of concept that tie customer goals to Simon’s outcomes.

  • Collaborate like it’s your job (because it is). Work closely with Marketing, Product, and CS to turn insights into action — and wins.
Stay sharp. Be a voice of the market, bringing back what you hear to shape messaging, features, and strategy.

  • Hustle smart. Use Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, and whatever else helps you keep deals moving and priorities focused.

Who You Are

  • B2B SaaS closer with a track record. You’ve owned and crushed quota, ideally in MarTech, CDP, or data-first SaaS.

  • Consultative seller. You know how to listen, strategize, and tie product features to big-picture business goals.

  • Builder mindset. You love a fast-paced environment where you can shape process, not just follow one.

  • Confident communicator. Whether you’re pitching the CMO or collaborating with an internal stakeholder, you bring clarity and confidence.

  • Curious and coachable. You’re always looking to grow, and you’re open to feedback and iteration.

  • Tool-savvy. You know your way around Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Slack, and whatever else gets the job done.

  • Self-starter with urgency. You don’t wait to be told what to do — you move, you learn, and you make things happen

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • You’ll sell a product you believe in. Our AI delivers real results, fast — and customers love it.

  • You’ll join a team that’s scaling smart. High trust, low ego, and serious about winning together.

  • You’ll grow fast. Personally, professionally, and in your career — with support, feedback, and a path forward.

  • You’ll help shape a category. We’re not just selling software. We’re building the next generation of customer intelligence.

  • You’ll work with people who care. About the work. About the mission. About each other.

What We Offer

We take care of our team — because when you’re supported, you show up stronger. Here’s a taste of what you can expect:

  • 🩺 Full health coverage, zero stress. We cover 100% of medical premiums for you and your family.

  • 🕶️ Truly flexible PTO. Take the time you need to recharge, travel, or just log off. No judgment, no red tape.

  • 👶 Generous parental leave. Whether you’re growing your family or just need time to adjust, we’ve got you covered — with both maternity and paternity leave that respects your life outside of work.

  • 🏡 Remote-first perks. Work from anywhere, with quarterly wellness and client support stipends to keep you feeling balanced and equipped.

  • 🚀 Growth on your terms. Use your annual professional development stipend to level up, learn something new, or invest in the next step of your journey.
