Lead administration of employee accommodation requests under ADA and company policy. Serve as primary contact, request and review medical documentation, update case management systems, partner with HR and managers, produce metrics/reports, and maintain SOPs to meet service level agreements.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Provide excellent customer responsiveness to communications received from Human Resources (HR), HR Center of Excellences (COE) staff and employees; serve as a primary point of contact for administration of accommodation claims
- Inform employee of documentation required to process accommodation claims, required time frames, and claims status either by phone, written correspondence and/or claims system
- Request medical information to determine if the employee meets the requirements under federal ADA, state, and/or Spectrum requirements for a qualifying condition
- Demonstrate the highest degree of accuracy, courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues and routine HR questions
- Update the case management system with transaction specific information and supporting documentation
- Achieve and maintain expertise to navigate and accurately record information with several business systems/applications including HR data (Oracle), case management tracking and vendor websites
- Apply knowledge of HR programs, policies, Benefit plans, to quickly resolve customer issues or concerns; escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure an effective end-user experience while remaining engaged in resolving the issue
- Refer cases as appropriate to Accommodation Specialist
- Manage time effectively to ensure customer satisfaction results and adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Partner with local managers and HR Business Partners to collect pertinent information needed for accommodation cases
- Develop, analyze and deliver metrics and daily reports to the local businesses; to provide real-time updates on the status of leave as an accommodation
- Responsible for continuous monitoring and updating Standard Operating Procedures

- Must be able to work the hours between 8am-6:30pm EST, Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field; or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 3+ years of human resources work experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to problem solve in a high-volume production-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel and Word
- High level of analytical and interpretive skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work in a team environment
