What You’ll Do

Tekmetric is looking for a Senior ABM Manager to join the Demand Generation team. As a Senior ABM Manager, you'll build and scale an ABM function to drive Tekmetric's brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition efforts through the orchestration and execution of a tiered ABM strategy across various channels. Reporting into the Director of Demand Generation, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, track key performance indicators, and iterate on strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Develop and implement a scalable ABM strategy that aligns with company growth objectives and supports our upmarket expansion.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership, demand generation, and revenue operations to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and shared goals.
  • Build a tiered ABM framework that differentiates 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account programs, driving engagement and pipeline contribution at scale.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns across digital, email, events, direct mail, and personalized content experiences to influence buying committees within target accounts.
  • Develop and manage account insights, leveraging firmographic, technographic, and intent data to inform segmentation, personalization, and outreach strategies.
  • Create and operationalize ABM playbooks, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and repeatable success across regions and sales teams.
  • Measure and report on ABM program performance using key metrics such as account engagement, influenced pipeline, opportunity creation, and closed-won revenue.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation—testing new channels, tactics, and technologies to continuously improve ABM effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up activities for webinars, including speaker coordination, technical setup, social media promotion, and post-event analysis.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of tradeshow activations, collaborating closely with the events team to maximize event impact and drive demand generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop account-relevant value propositions, messaging frameworks, and content tailored to key personas within target accounts.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to refine account scoring, attribution, and reporting to ensure accurate visibility into ABM performance and ROI.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to sales teams, providing insights, tools, and enablement to accelerate deal velocity and expand relationships within key accounts.
  • Utilize data insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and make data-driven decisions. Report on campaign performance to stakeholders regularly.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience with a focus on ABM or Enterprise marketing.
  • Proven experience designing and executing ABM programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the demand waterfall and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and programs.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage programs and communicate results effectively.
  • Strong cross-functional team/project management, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot for campaign management.
  • Experience in creating brand messaging to align with assets and campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

The Tekmetric Way
At Tekmetric, we’re building a culture where winning matters - not for ego, but because when our customers win, we win together.
We move fast as a team, remain curious, and take full ownership of our results - no excuses, no finger-pointing.
If you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and value honest feedback as a tool for growth, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re direct but respectful, ambitious yet grounded, and collaborative at every level. Everyone leads through impact and is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, challenge assumptions (even your manager’s), and push for better outcomes.
This is a place for builders, not bystanders. Success here requires focus, follow-through, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves - but, if you’re motivated by meaningful work and real results, the experience is deeply rewarding.
You’ll join a team that cares about the work, supports one another, and isn’t afraid to take smart risks to achieve bold goals. If that fires you up rather than intimidates you - we can’t wait to meet you!
