This position is responsible for acting as a first level liaison between the company and customers, prospective customers, trial clients, and self-pay clients. Responsible for new client referrals and contacting clients to verify referral information, while explaining services being offered.

Assists clients with installation of company devices.

Interacts with external and internal customers in a professional, helpful and courteous manner.

Processes new client referrals and enters client information into company databases.

Calls clients to verify referral information and explain services being offered by referring agency.

Manages incoming phone calls by responding to requests and assisting with inquiries.

Resolves basic problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions and /or escalating unresolved problems.

Trouble-shoots basic technical assistance to clients as required.

Answers client questions using scripted and non-scripted responses.

Verifies demographics and data enter client information into the computer.

Records details of calls and messages.

Answers routine inquiries and refer calls not requiring dispatches to appropriate departments and agencies.

Maintains access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials.

Refers client complaints to appropriate persons.

Maintains protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions.

Maintains project productivity and quality goals.

Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time.

Bilingual in Spanish
Salary: $14.23 - $19.21/hourly
Schedule Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm (EST)
